The Dr. Tamás Hizsák Law Firm ("law firm"), as a data controller, hereby informs the visitors of its website (https://www.dunalegal.com/), those who subscribe to its newsletter, those who share information via its website, Facebook or Linkedin page, and its customers ("affected parties") about the personal data processed by the law firm in connection with the above activities, the purpose and legal basis of the data processing.

(At least the name and e-mail address must be entered, optionally the phone number and company name can also be entered.) (At least name and e-mail address must be entered, phone number and company name can also be entered optionally.) The rights of affected parties and enforcement of these rights

Affected parties have the following options:

- they can request information about the personal data processed by the law firm at the e-mail address info@dunalegal.com,

- they can object to the processing of their personal data, except in the case of mandatory data processing, and they can request the correction, deletion or blocking of their personal data,

- they can go to court to protect their personal data,

- they can contact the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (www.naih.hu) to protect their personal data.

Duration of data processing

The law firm processes personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing or until consent is withdrawn (e.g. unsubscribing from newsletter). Except for those cases where the law obliges the law firm to retain the data or allows the retention of the data for a longer period of time.

Data processing, data transmission

The law firm does not transfer the personal data of the affected parties to third parties. The hosting provider for the website of the law firm is Wix.com Ltd (40 Namal Tel Aviv, 6350671, Israel). The analytical tools used on the website are also operated by Wix.com Ltd.

Modification of the privacy policy

The law firm has the right to unilaterally modify this privacy policy.
